JOB DESCRIPTION


BionIT Labs Inc. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to play an integral role in commercializing our first medical technology product — one we we believe has already disrupted the prosthetic market. We are looking for an exceptional sales and marketing professional with a customer-centric attitude and proven track record of successfully supporting in field sales teams.


The Business Development Coordinator will support the GM and sales team in delivering to our sales goals. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all support activities related to the sale of the company's prosthetic technology. The Business Development Coordinator will work alongside the Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator to deliver seamless support to our customer base. This position ideally will be in our Chattanooga, TN headquarters full time, but excellent candidates who are willing to travel periodically to the headquarters will be considered.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who acts with integrity and professionalism. Candidates must be comfortable working in a small, but rapidly-growing company pursuing an aggressive commercialization timeline.


The Business Development Coordinator will report directly to the General Manager. This is a full-time role.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement procedures to create a holistic sales and marketing support structure inclusive of lead generation, ambassador management, pipeline tracking, demo management, and overall support of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with Italy based marketing team to ensure marketing programs can be well implemented and executed in the US
  • Provide daily communication to US Sales and Marketing Director and Territory Managers to ensure all sales opportunities are being fully supported.
  • Provide new customers with in office marketing materials, and work with the Sales team to define and execute lead generation programs with our customers.
  • Provide support to US Sales and Marketing Director and US Sales Team by managing demo product requests, creating sales estimates, and new sales orders in the NetSuite system.
  • Provide assistance to customers in ordering of new products, replacement parts, and all accessories.
  • Provide support to outside ordering vendors to ensure all products are properly listed on distributor websites.
  • Track lead attendance at our shows and training courses.
  • Responsible for daily verification of sales funnel, working with sales team to maximize accuracy.
  • Identify process improvements to US leadership team.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with establishing strategic and tactical support activities that address the needs of the highly technically oriented products
  • Effective communication skills with customers
  • Ability to utilize Oracle NetSuite preferred, Google drive, and other company communication programs
  • Creative thinker with the ability to execute tactically, possess strong communication skills and act as a collaborative team member
  • Demonstrated success supporting high-end technology products
