The employee will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
  • Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits

Targets:

  • Gather data and issues that occur during line operations;
  • Manage problem solving activities about production issues;
  • Detect and analyze non-conformities about suppliers’ components;
  • Manage registers and produce non-conformity reports;
  • Improve Vendor Quality and promote Supplier Integration;
  • Produce operating instructions for production line;
  • Manage production deviations and changes and guide line operators during reworks activities;
  • Manage technical analyses about customer claims

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 2+ years' of industry experience
  • Knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
  • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
